AUGUST 5TH: THE POLYPHONIC SPREE 'Soldier Girl' (NING 123CD) CD-only release from Texan 24-piece making like Mercury Rev if they had a) found God and b) decided to play Him some primetime Electric Light Orchestra. Already a Jo Whiley Pet Sound and a veritable feast of fun from the new sensations on the block. Cheeky! |
