Oh hello there popsters. A peculiarly big hello to anyone who made it along to Pandamonium 4 at Camden Underworld last week. We managed to pull in close on 500 people on what was reassuringly one of the busiest gig nights in London EVER and last minute guests The Polyphonic Spree caused a right old neo-religious ruckus when they came onstage at midnight. In fact we enjoyed the occasion so much we are having a mini-version of it this week like this: SHEFFIELD LEADMILL SATURDAY JULY 20TH 2002 COIN-OP + (X) IS GREATER THAN (Y) + MEDIUM 21 + Wisconsin Death Trip + Cherokee ***first 100 punters get free exclusive fierce panda CD*** Hope to see you there! Also this week we have COIN-OP CARETAKER and LAPSUS LINGUAE all appearing at various times at the TRUCK FESTIVAL near Oxford on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st. And forget not that this very day the LAPSUS LINGUAE UK tour kicks off in Leeds. The Glaswegian art punk classical terrorists hit London Camden Dublin Castle Club Fandango on Tuesday July 23rd but check local listings for further regional chaos before and after. |
