| New panda arrivals THE BLACKOUT head out on tour with Lostprophets this week shouting out loud in the nation's Academies and Domes until they get to Cardiff International Arena on July 22nd. The fresh-faced South Wales sixpiece have been working on a fierce panda mini-album and before they headed off to Manchester on Monday to join Ian Watkins' crew they finished off their debut single 'Hard Slamming' which will see the plight of day on August 14th.
