** HAWK EYES RETURN TO THE LAGER-SOAKED GRASSLANDS WITH A NEW EP**
**AND A ROCKING OCTOBER TOUR WITH BLACK SPIDERS + BABY GODZILLA! **

"If they aren't on your radar yet, your radar is rubbish."

So said Kerrang! magazine in yet another KKKKKing ace review of HAWK EYES, this time after our Yorkshire-based rock fiends had vigorously headlined the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading & Leeds Festivals in 2012 in heroic support of their thunderous fierce panda album Ideas.

The good news is that there will be more vigorous thundering at Reading / Leeds in 2013 when HAWK EYES return to the lager-soaked grasslands to play the Lock Up stage. After that they will be touring tour the UK in the company of gnarly rocksters Black Spiders and the mentally entertaining Baby Godzilla, culminating at the Electric Ballroom in London Town on October 11th.

The HAWK EYES' album 'Ideas' came out on fierce panda in March 2012 trigge a tsumani of immensely impressed press, with Kerrang! declaring it to be: "A contender for the album of the year - simply brilliant." Indeed, its manically precise fusion of ferocious melodies and vivacious riffs which spewed forth comparisons with Foo Fighters, QOTSA and Alice In Chains is buffed up and toughened up on Thats What This Is, a four-track EP romp of classic rock riffs and modern screamo tiffs which lasts for exactly 15 KKKKKing feisty minutes ‚ as all four-track EPs should¬¶
