| Oxford's finest fiercest stoner punk rock duo WINNEBAGO DEAL are back like a sheer heart attack with an album a tour and brrrrand new single. After a favourable sojourn on Double Dragon Records Ben the singing guitarist and Ben the drummer returned to their original home (ie here) a couple of months ago. We promptly sent them off to Seattle to record once again with grunge legend Jack Endino and July 10th sees the fruits of their labour with the release of the album 'The Flight Of The Raven' (excellent tagline: When he flies somebody dies!. Catalogue number: NONG 44CD). The single 'Spider Bite' follows on July 17th which is already getting plays from Radio One. And a tour runs from July 8th in Alton through to July 25th at Cardiff Barfly. Not only that but even as we type the Deal duo are hanging with Nick Oliveri and playing in his Mondo Generator outfit.
