Wide-eyed Welsh indiepop mavericks The Hot Puppies release a new single on February 5th 2007. 'How Come You Don't Hold Me No More' the sultry hyperballad which has been the highlight of their cracking live set for ages has been plucked from the smashingly acclaimed 'Under The Crooked Moon' album given a catalogue number of NING 192 and slapped with the formats of 7 vinyl and download. Can it get any better than that? Well yes: after selling out the Water Rats in Kings Cross The Hot Puppies play their biggest London show to date at the Borderline on February 8th. It's a Club Fandango Labelled With Love night with those dolts at fierce panda hosting proceedings as part of their thirteenth birthday celebrations and support comes from terrific newcomers Hush The Many and Kreeps so check www.clubfandango.co.uk for more information. Added to that The Hot Puppies play a pawful of dates with our old chums The Bluetones in January - check www.myspace.com/thehotpuppies for more top notch info. |
